Point System

The following point system will accumulate for the full season.  The member/team with the most points at the end of the season will be awarded Team/Angler of the Year.

Participation Points:
1 point for every tournament fished.

Fish Points:
1 point for every fish weighed in.

Weight Points:
Anglers receive 1 point for every full pound of fish they weigh in.
(Example:  5 lb, 11 oz of fish is equal to 5 weight points)

Podium Points:  
1st Place:  5 bonus points
2nd Place:  3 bonus points
3rd Place:  1 bonus point

Dropped Points:
Each team's lowest tournament will be dropped.  This will include tournaments that the team did not fish.

Team/Angler of the Year Tie Breakers:

1st Tie Breaker: Angler with the greater podium points
2nd Tie Breaker: Angler with the greater weight points
3rd Tie Breaker: Angler with the best lunker weight
